Caps have the best keep-rate of any branded apparel item — they are worn outside the context they were given in, which is the whole point of merchandise, and they do not depend on getting the size right. That makes them unusually efficient: fewer units, more actual use, less waste from unworn stock.

Most sustainable caps use recycled polyester or organic cotton twill, and a growing number carry GRS certification. Embroidery is the standard decoration and holds up better than print on a curved, frequently washed surface.

Minimum is typically 50 pieces, production 5–12 business days. Rush production is available on many items in this range.

Frequently asked questions

Are recycled polyester caps as good as regular ones?
Yes for structure, shape retention and colourfastness — recycled polyester behaves like virgin polyester at the same specification. The differences you will notice come from construction quality and closure type, not from the recycled input.
Embroidery or print on caps?
Embroidery, almost always. It survives washing and sun, it reads as higher quality, and it works on the curved front panel where print distorts. Print is the answer only for photographic artwork or very fine gradient detail.
