Reusable Water Bottles

420 products · minimums from 50 · 5–12 business days

A refillable bottle is the clearest displacement story in promotional products and also the most over-supplied — which means the deciding factor is not whether it is reusable but whether it survives contact with real life. Bottles get abandoned for three reasons: the lid leaks, it will not fit in a car cup holder, and it cannot be cleaned properly. Every one of those is visible in the specification before you order.

  • Stainless steel — vacuum-insulated, effectively permanent, and increasingly available with recycled steel content. The default for anything meant as a real gift.
  • Glass with a silicone sleeve — no flavour transfer at all, fully recyclable, and the one people who dislike metal actually use. Fragile, so poor for site and field work.
  • Recycled plastic (Tritan and rPET) — lightest and cheapest, best for events and sports, shorter service life.
  • Bamboo-clad bottles — a steel or glass body in a bamboo sleeve. Visually the strongest eco signal; check whether the bamboo is structural or decorative.

Minimum is typically 50 pieces with 5–12 business days production. Rush production is available on many items in this range.

Frequently asked questions

How many single-use bottles does a reusable bottle replace?
At a bottle a day it is roughly 250 a year, and a decent steel bottle lasts many years. The break-even against the energy of manufacturing it is usually cited between 10 and 50 uses depending on material — plastic lowest, steel highest. Every material clears it within weeks of daily use; the risk is abandonment, not the maths.
Is a stainless steel bottle better than a recycled plastic one?
For a gift someone keeps, yes — service life dominates every other factor. For a large event giveaway where many will be left behind, a lighter recycled-plastic bottle has a smaller footprint to waste. Match the material to the honest expectation of what happens after the event.
Can logos be laser engraved rather than printed?
On steel, yes, and it is the more durable choice — the mark cannot wear off in a dishwasher. Engraving reveals the base metal colour rather than reproducing your brand colours, so it suits single-colour marks. Screen print and digital wrap handle colour artwork but wear over time.
What is the minimum order for custom water bottles?
Around 50 pieces for a stock bottle with one-position decoration. Multi-position or full-wrap printing typically raises the minimum.
