The Dominica Bamboo Serving and Cutting Board is a beautiful option to both cut and serve. This one of the first lines of bamboo cutting boards on the market! The entire collection features a gorgeous inlay of dark end-grain bamboo flanked by strips of natural bamboo. This inlay strip blends wonderfully with the vertical-grain bamboo construction of the board. Features deep juice wells along the edge of the board to collect any run-off from juicy meats or fruits — keeping countertops clean! Complies with Prop 65. 20" L x 12 1/2" W x 3/4" H

Bamboo grows fast, needs no replanting and little irrigation. The caveats are worth knowing: boards and utensils are strips glued together, so the adhesive is not bamboo, and bamboo fibre textiles are chemically processed viscose. Most of it ships from Asia, so freight offsets part of the gain.
