Recycled paper uses post-consumer waste instead of new pulp, saving both trees and a significant amount of water. Look for the post-consumer percentage rather than "recycled" on its own, since mill broke -- offcuts from the paper mill's own production -- counts as recycled content in most claims.
Claims are taken from supplier product data. Certified items (GRS, FSC) can supply certificate references with a quote; uncertified claims are the supplier's own statement.
