Kona Groove Cutting & Serving Board
SKU: 20-1250
In the beginning, there was the Hawaiian Collection. the world's first bamboo cutting boards. To this day, they remain the most popular and widely imitated bamboo boards on the market. The Kona Groove is the big daddy of our Hawaiian line. The grooved side is perfect for carving juicy meats and fruits. The other side is flat, making it a wonderful board for pastry, bread-making, and all your slicing, dicing and chopping. Complies with Prop 65. 18" L x 12 1/2" W x 5/8" H
Material claim
- Bamboo
Bamboo grows fast, needs no replanting and little irrigation. The caveats are worth knowing: boards and utensils are strips glued together, so the adhesive is not bamboo, and bamboo fibre textiles are chemically processed viscose. Most of it ships from Asia, so freight offsets part of the gain.
Claims are taken from supplier product data. Certified items (GRS, FSC) can supply certificate references with a quote; uncertified claims are the supplier's own statement.
