It features long zipper double-sided pulls, an outside pocket with zipper closure, and YKK lead-free antique finish metal zippers. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, which matters most for the soil and the people farming it. It uses roughly the same water as conventional cotton. On a tote, the bigger number is use: cotton has to replace 50 to 150 plastic bags before it comes out ahead, so this only works if people carry it.
