The Wenger Origins Recycled 15" Computer Backpack is made from eco-friendly RPET. The open main compartment features a 15" computer sleeve, plus plenty of room for your belongings. The bag also features an organizational front pocket with key fob, an additional zippered pocket and a mesh foam pocket. The front panel offers a custom d-ring for hanging carabiners. This bag features Wenger® Airflow moisture-wicking mesh, a supportive back board for computer protection and a back webbing trolley sleeve. rPET is polyester spun from post-consumer plastic bottles. It keeps bottles out of landfill and takes roughly half the energy of virgin polyester, but it is still plastic: it sheds microfibres in the wash and is not biodegradable. Ask for the recycled percentage, because "contains recycled content" can mean anything from 5% to 100%.
Claims are taken from supplier product data. Certified items (GRS, FSC) can supply certificate references with a quote; uncertified claims are the supplier's own statement.
