Includes 60 lined sheets (160 pages) of 70gsm ivory paper, bound with a sturdy black-painted steel double spiral, secured with a color-matched elastic strap and pen loop. rPET is polyester spun from post-consumer plastic bottles. It keeps bottles out of landfill and takes roughly half the energy of virgin polyester, but it is still plastic: it sheds microfibres in the wash and is not biodegradable. Ask for the recycled percentage, because "contains recycled content" can mean anything from 5% to 100%.
